Kathy Frederick began her career in real estate in 1976 with ERA Tatum Properties in Falls Church, VA. She sold her first home on the same day that she received her license, and she won the Rookie Of The Year award for her first year's performance.

Over the next few years, Kathy continued to set the precedent for excellence in real estate. Between the years of 1976 and 1982, she was recognized by the Million Dollar Sales Club, she obtained her GRI (Graduate Realtor's Institute) designation, and received numerous awards for her work as a property manager. In fact, many of Kathy's rental clients turned to her for help in purchasing their own home.

In 1982 Kathy joined Merrill Lynch Realty, which eventually became Prudential Preferred Properties, and her list of achievements continued to grow:

Kathy founded Frederick Enterprises, Property Management Division in 1989 as a separate company. Between 1992 to 1994, she worked for Re/Max while managing her own property management company. In 1996, Kathy sold Frederick Enterprises to Northern Virginia Homes and joined their sales team.

Kathy drew upon more than two decades of real estate experience to establish the Relocation Assistance Network in 1997, raising the bar yet another notch. She has organized more than 100 proven professionals and companies who are both highly experienced in their field and enjoy a good reputation.
